Flinders Dramatic Arts Senior School presents The Merry Wives of Windsor.
Flinders Director of Dramatic Arts, Andy Fraser has taken the best bits of this lesser known play and edited it into a 90 minute version which he describes as sitcom at its finest with a bit of opera!
A brief synopsis -听Falstaff decides to fix his financial woe by wooing the wives of two wealthy merchants. The wives find he sent them identical letters and take revenge by playing tricks on Falstaff when he comes calling. With the help of their husbands and friends, the wives play one last trick in the woods to put Falstaff's mischief to an end.
Flinders Director of Dramatic Arts, Andy Fraser will be available to answer questions about the show, his overall philosophy and future Dramatic Arts projects after the performance on Thursday, 30 May.
